Jeff, Matthew, and I spent the first night in our new home last night. I already LOVE it. Sitting on the couch, with the windows open, and the warm breeze floating through the house was an added bonus.
There was a time when I thought that we would never be able to turn our 'fixer upper' into a place that would even come close to resembling a home. However, with a lot of hard work, late nights, and energy...Jeff has worked a miracle. He did have help, a big thank you goes out to our fathers and to Jeff's brother - Dave. All who have helped so much!
I could not ask for better neighbors. They are friendly and eager to share that they hope we love the neighborhood as much as they do. People passing by not only wave and smile, they stop and talk. Such a warm welcome we have had!
