As a working mom, I need something tasty, nutritious, and QUICK for breakfast. Solution: granola bars! However, store bought granola bars have left me with something to be desired lately. So, I decided to try my hand at homemade granola bars. I must say they turned out pretty well. They are delicious and I enjoy knowing that there are no preservatives, additives, or artificial sweeteners in my breakfast. Next on my cooking agenda...perfecting my homemade pizza.

They look yummy! I've tried those Oatmeal Squares for a quick breakfast when I had to be at Endo too early - even after warming them in the microwave they tasted like cardboard! Glad they sit well for you, and maybe I'll get a chance to try one next week.
