We will be getting a signed purchase agreement today, scheduling the inspection for next week, and moving forward! If all goes well...we will be in by the end of the month!

Wow, that's fast! My loan was said to take at least 45 days. Still waiting to close in the next few weeks. FHA is kind of a pain....

Beautiful house! It looks like the perfect starter home. I can't wait to see it in person.
